Information Collection And Use

We take your privacy seriously. Our main goal in collecting personal information is to provide you the best content and service on our platform and to improve our Service to you. When you register for Discover, you agree to receive our weekly update by email, notifying you about new content that has become available to you. This email communication consists of 7 emails in total and will stop automatically after 6 weeks.

When you register for Experience, you agree to receive emails to inform you about your progress in the course.

When you register for our courses, we will use your address to send you our newsletter to inform you about promotions, events and other news related to Friendly Eyes. We use Mailchimp as our CRM and marketing tool. Please read Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy. You can at any time opt out of the newsletter by clicking “Unsubscribe” in the footer of the newsletter.

When you contact us via email or our contact form on our site, the personal information that is provided by you is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may store received emails insofar this is necessary for providing and optimizing our services and products.

We do not share, sell, trade, or rent your personal data to other parties. We may disclose personal data to law enforcement insofar as it is required by law or is strictly necessary for the prevention, detection or prosecution of criminal acts and fraud.

Unless you wish to terminate your account, your user account and related data will remain stored in our database.
